Back to School!

We hope that everyone had a great summer and has a great start to the new school year!

Here are a few things to remember as you head back to school...

-bring a travel toothbrush with you to keep in your backpack or locker

-make sure to brush after snacks and meals

-eat only braces-friendly foods

-wear your mouth guard when playing sports

-bring your rubber bands with you

-keep a retainer case in your backpack or wherever is most convenient for you
